Please moms, share your advice and experience! My 2 month old baby doesn't poop for 6 days. Since she was 3 weeks old she had her poop come every 4 days after I have some prune juice. And she would cry and suffer every time she poops. Doctor told me to have prune juice every day so I did. But then my daughter stopped pooping at all, even after prune juice. She is about 80% breastfed and 20% formula. Please share if you had the same problem and what helped? Also, if you did have the same problem, how long did it take your baby to go #2 without pain?

When you do the formula, give some kayro syrup in the bottle, thats what my mom did for me. Does she seem uncomfortable? Some times breastfed baby's don't poop as much but that's a long time.

Dr told me breastfed babies can go up to 2 weeks without pooping once they get older
I think weāve been in it for seven weeks now. It started the night he turned 12 weeks and heās nearly 20 weeks now. Iāve seen things saying babies just grow out of it but how long do we wait? How long was it for all of you?
I am losing my marbles. Broken nights for this long are ruining us all. My baby wakes up miserable because heās had such a broken night, I am a zombie, and my husband feels guilty being off at work and leaving the two of us.
And it feels like itās getting worse, not better. Now, we arenāt even getting a longer stretch unbroken at the start of the night, it really is literally every hour the entire night long.
Babyās naps are awful too. If I can fix them, will the nights improve, or is it the other way round?
Do I keep just waiting this out?

My baby girl is 3 weeks and sheās breastfed . Iāve noticed when she doesnāt burp she spits up so I try my hardest to burp her . But when she falls asleep itās kind of hard to get her to burp. What should I do ? Should I not worry about it or should I wake her to get her to burp

Does anyone else have a MIL who insists on taking my 12 week old baby to āhelpā you get a break? š« š
I know she means well, but sometimes I donāt actually want a break from my baby. Iām happy having him with me, and honestly, having someone take him away from me doesnāt necessarily feel like a break at all!
Iād much rather have help with practical things like cooking, washing up or laundry, but it feels like the main thing she wants to do is hold the baby. Sometimes I also get the feeling that she wants to feel like sheās doing her Nana duty, which I completely understand, but it can feel like her need to spend time with him gets framed as āhelping meā when thatās not necessarily what I need. š„¹
I feel a bit guilty because I know sheās trying to help, but I also feel like people assume that because weāre new mums, we must constantly want someone to take our babies off our hands. Sometimes we just want support without having to be separated from our little ones. š„¹
Am I being unreasonable, or does anyone else feel the same? How do you handle it kindly without hurting anyoneās feelings?
