C section prep

Can you wear fake tan for a c section? Is there any other things I should prep before my section in 4 days time that will be helpful?

Shave!! (Idk if you’re actually supposed to or let the surgical team). Right before my C-section (emergency), they gave my bush an extremely aggressive makeover. It was unexpected, poorly executed, and frankly, a tragedy for the shrubbery

I wouldn't wear fake tan because it will get cleaned off and you'll have a funny line! If you don't mind that then I guess go for it and the arms and legs will be ok 😆

Most recommend not to shave now, because it puts you at risk of infection. They may trim or they may not, depends where they want to make the incision.

I wish I would’ve gotten a wax, they shaved me before my section very fast and I think it made my scar more irritated as it grew back plus shaving near your scar is terrifying

Horrible name choice

So my son is Abel, my daughter is Blair, now I’m pregnant without third and my husband is SET on Cain….. however my MIL and my sister are both like No No you CANT have cain and Abel ( we are not religious at all!!) but I do kinda like Cain…. Bad idea or don’t give a shit what people say?

First menstrual cycle

I finally had my first period since I gave birth in May. I’m currently on day 11, and it’s still extremely heavy. This is the worst I’ve ever felt. Honestly, I’d rather give birth again than endure this pain.

Baby movements at 39 and 5

Just curious what kind of movements you're feeling from your baby at this stage? Is it more rolling and stretching rather than actual kicks?

I'm just confused about when I should go in and get checked. I've already been in once and everything was fine. I can still feel the baby moving, but the movements are definitely different from before. I know there's less room now, but there's still movement.

I've never really had a consistent pattern in terms of timings, so it's hard to know what's normal. I'm honestly just so tired and feel like I'm constantly worrying about whether everything is okay.

Random cravings still

Does anyone still get their cravings they had when they were pregnant, at like 4m pregnant I craved a hot dog specially on a grill, I’m now 11m pp and I still crave one till this day, I never say no to a grilled hotdog lol

Private Scan

Has anybody had a private scan at exactly 6 weeks? my boyfriends mom has booked us in for saturday the 7th but i’d just be 6 weeks. is this any good? xx

Pregnant 37 yo

Hello! I am pregnant of my 3rd baby… I am now 37 years old. I have 2 healthy children, I am concerned for the health of this baby… any moms here had babies at 37+? Can you tell me a little bit about your experiences ? I am just concerned for genetic issues mainly! Thanks!
