She’s decided she hates her bed and wants her crib back. She doesn’t even want me to lay down with her in her bed like she used to. The crib is in my guest room where I sleep with my baby. She’s finally napped without a fight for the last two days too. Should I let this happen or keep fighting her to get back in h...

I have tried so many different solutions and many people have an opinion as to what’s wrong but I’ve moved nap times, bedtimes, cut down to one nap but I’m going demented. Doesn’t make it any easier being a single mum and having to try have an evening ...

I feel like we hit the 18-month regression late and the 24-month regression early and so it’s just been a couple months of almost continuous sleep hardships whereas for the year prior to all this he’s been generally a good sleeper. Anyway...

My almost 3 year old is down to one nap and once in a while, he can be just fine skipping his nap, but for the most part when he skips his nap, he ends up falling asleep around 4:30pm and I cannot wake him up for at least an hour, which ends up pushing his bedtime until 10 o'clock, whi...
