Don’t remember putting baby back in cot🙈

Hello 👋 Anyone else had a moment where they wake up and absolutely don’t remember putting the baby back to her cot? It’s making me feel anxious that I don’t remember, I did ask my partner and he said he didn’t do it. My LG woke up at 1am and all I remember was asking my partner to turn off the sleep timer (we track…

How long are your little ones awake in the morning before their first nap?

My little boy gets to 2 hours and then becomes really cranky and tired. I’ve been trying to keep him awake for 2.5 hours to make his naps a little bit later otherwise the 2nd nap is too early and then he needs a 3rd which he refuses😬

Into own room

Hey mummas. Looking for advice, my LO is 4.5 months old and sleeps well, but recently it seems we all wake each other up where he's in the same room. Our house isn't exactly big and his cot in our room is right against the bathroom wall (against the sink so when we run the tap etc it wakes him up/he stirs and also r...

Not waking for feed!

Just woke up with serious mum guilt. My little one just slept for 7 hours without waking for a feed ( she’s 17 days old and way past birth weight ). Should I be waking her for feeds? I’ve just been letting her wake me up to be honest this is the first night she hasn’t

Bedtime

What is a normal bed time for a 4month old? I’m going to try really hard to get into a routine but I have been taking her bed about 9pm and she won’t actually fall asleep so I can put her down until 22:30 then is up 4/5/6 times a night and wakes up at 9/930. Any tips at all for bed time will really be appreciated.

Anyone else babies wake up wet some mornings where their nappy has leaked?

We use rascal and friends and we use the next size up and some mornings he is still waking up soaking wet ,I don’t think it helps that he sleeps on his stomach all night. He also has a 8oz bottle right before bed and then sometimes wakes around 3/4 and has 6oz. I don’t know if I should be changing him if he wakes in...

Sleep/meal schedule

I feel like we have been struggling with our girl's schedule. She typically wakes up around 8:30/9 and wants to eat right away. She will usually eat breakfast by 9:30 and then want to go down for her nap anywhere between 11:30-12. She will usually nap 2-3 hours so she sleeps through the typical lunch window. Sometim...

Managing sleep

How are you managing sleepless nights with your baby? Our little boy was a fab sleeper until the 4 month sleep regression. We’ve never fully recovered from that and have now rolled into the 6 month one, which is so much worse. He won’t settle at all, and I spend all night holding his hand in his crib (next to my bed...

When will it end 😩

My LO never slept through before but would only wake at 3am and would go straight down after a little comfort feed. She’s been waking hourly since Xmas week! Screaming and never happy! I now give her an extra bottle when I go up to rule out hunger. Her naps in the day have got better but it’s just her nights. Does...

Sleep

Going a little crazy… Switched from the sleep Merlin sleep suit to a sleep sack. Baby boy will roll onto his belly immediately but doesn’t know how to settle himself back to sleep. He used to sleep 7-7 no problem. But now we’re 3 days in a row of him being up every 30 minutes. I’m so sleep deprived, I’m delusional. ...

Opposite schedules

So anyone else and their partner on basically opposite schedules? This has been a pain point for us and I’m not sure how to handle it. From the beginning we agreed to it mold the baby into a schedule and let her sorta develop her own since we both are home 24/7. Anywho, lately her “schedule” has been 9-10 wake up, ...

Cry it Out Method

Hello, I am using the cry it out method to sleep train my baby (no negative comments please). If you have used this method please tell me how long it took for your baby to settle themselves and also sleep through the night. Grunting!

My little girl is 5 weeks old tomorrow and recently she grunts and squirms alllllll night 🙃 I’ve been thinking it’s her waking for a feed but she does it even after I’ve fed her for the rest of the night!
