What is everyones routine now? With meals/milk/bedtime? Everything after dinner has become a nightmare i just can't get a routine right. she sleeps 9hrs max and her wake windows are 5.5hrs and 6-7/8. Evenings are such a struggle 😭😭
Does this rectify itself once baby starts sitting up and moving etc? Our LB has a really flat head. He sleeps on his back but when awake he’s pretty much always being held…
My little one is 2 and a half, I want to move her to a toddler bed but my husband does not. Unsure at what age we should start this. Has anyone done this transition or is anyone still waiting? I would love to get feedback for either way. Thank you!
I’m not asking for a 7-7 baby but a few hours would be fab! Little one is waking very frequently from the first wake up. Any routine recommendations/nap changes people would advise. He is 1 (18 month) Much appreciated 😊
Is anyone else’s 13 week old not giving them a break by completely stopping the long naps or are you God’s favorite? My boy will fall asleep and nap in like 15-20 minute increments… if that. It doesn’t allow me to get much done throughout the day or even give the time of day to my 2 year old, which leads to major gu...
My 11 month old has been awake for 8 hours after his first nap and screams bloody murder when I try rock him to sleep. I got so frustrated and rocked him harder than I normally would, whilst telling (raised voice) him how tired and for him to just “close your eyes and stop crying” He’s finally nodded off but I fee...
How is everyone managing to go to baby classes at this point when their babies don’t have a strict napping schedule? We tried to go to our first class today but his nap was cut short and he spent the entire time screaming and crying as he was still tired!!! I can’t afford to spend a fortune on classes when he might ...
Is anyone else in the fussy baby club? Mine just never seems happy. It isn’t crying as such it’s what I’d call whinging constantly. Even when he’s fed, had a sleep, clean nappy, playing with him he’s still unhappy. It’s really challenging at this age (4 months) where he’s awake for longer but can’t do anything indep...
My little girl is almost always a nightmare with 1/3 of her naps in the day. Tends to always be the last one of the day or the morning one. She wakes up roughly around 6:30am/7am. Is it time to drop a nap? What's the wake windows and times for your babies day? She is going to be 8 months in two weeks
My LO room is around 21 degrees and she wears a short sleeve vest, full pjs and 2.5 tog sleep tog. Recently she’s started stirring at 5am and wide awake by 6am. If I go in and pick her up she often falls back asleep if she ticks her arms in. I’m wondering if she’s waking because she feels cold?
My baby has two naps usually a 2 hour one then a short 20-40 minute one early evening , what's your babies nap schedule like?
What are we doing now babies can stand in cot 🫣 We’ve just had an hour and a half of being put down then getting back up and just standing there and repeat. Ended up taking for a sleep in the car as he’d been up for almost 5 hours at his point and no way he’d make it another 4 until bedtime.
He's 2.5 and can let me know when he wants to get out. Honestly I'm hoping he's getting extra sleep too but I can't be entirely sure since my baby monitor doesn't record and I'm asleep.
I think I've been on social media and googling too much but I just feel like I've set my baby up to fail in terms of sleep. She's 4 months old (5th Sept baby) My little girl needs to be rocked and shushed to sleep for every nap and 90% of daytime naps are contact naps. I'm trying to put her down in the next to me ...
Hi mums! I’m asking for some wisdom from those of you who have successfully implemented a napping/sleeping routine. My baby is almost 4 months old now and he’s a fantastic sleeper, going to bed at around 8:30 after bath and sleeping through the night until 6 am or even longer. We’re slowly managing to push this ro...
Hey! So my 4mo has just started going down for naps on his own in his crib but they are so short! Sometimes he'll only have three a day sometimes four but they are only 30/40mins each. If we go for a walk, in the car or contact nap he can sleep longer (anywhere up to 2hrs) but if we don't go out for a day he can end...
Teaching my daughter to fall asleep by herself she’s nine months but she gets up in the crib and I’m scared that she’ll let go and hit her head. Do I still let her stand up or do I put her back down every time she gets up?
How do you co sleep? Can i use a bed rail? Or they only suitable for older kids?
My 14month old dropped to 1 nap almost 3 weeks ago, she used to do 2 hours when we started, its been 3-4 days where it dropped to 1.15 min also she started nursery last week Anything I could do to make it longer again or will she lengthen on her own?
Not going to lie it does make me upset when I see other moms whose two month olds are doing longer stretches. My little girl is nine weeks and her longest stretch at night is two hours and it’s usually the first one, lately it’s only been one hour. After that, she’s up every 50 minutes of the night. She will not go ...
