How long did it take everyone else after they stopped breastfeeding to get their period back? I know it’s different for everyone and can even come back while breastfeeding. I stopped breastfeeding almost 2 weeks ago and just want to be prepared!

How do I increase milk supply as a just enough HELP!!!

My little boy is EBF but will occasionally have a bottle of my milk if I’m nipping out for an hour, but I find seeing him drink from a bottle, even though it’s my milk, so so upsetting?! I absolutely hate it, I can’t explain why but it makes me so sad. Is anyone else like this? I know it’s silly 😥

Ok so maybe I'm overthinking, but I've researched into sugar intake and breastfeeding and it says it can affect baby cognitively. Was planning on getting some to go in my hospital bag, but the midwife said if I plan on breast feeding to not bother with getting any as I will have colostrum for those first few days but I thought they were good as back up. Just wondered what everyone else is doing?
