My pelvic floor is on vacation — anyone else?

Hey mamas, Is anyone else dealing with this or is it just me and my rogue bladder? Lately, I’ve been leaking pee when I lift things (even things that shouldn’t count as “heavy”), when I wait too long to go, and to top it off — I can’t even hold the lightest kegel weight. Like… not even close. It basically laughs at...

Crawling ..

So little one keeps getting frustrated when she's on her belly, she pushes up on her hands and she can even move around on them if that makes sense but she hasn't sussed out how to pull her knees to her belly, she's getting so frustrated, it feels like she wants to get somewhere but can't. I'm trying so hard to cont...

Switching from expressing to formula fed

Hi girls! My baby is 12 weeks old and has only ever been fed breast milk (I’ve been exclusively pumping for the majority of the time). I’m finding the pressure of constantly having to pump super stressful so was considering switching a couple of feeds per day to formula then potentially stopping pumping if it goes ...

Baby still not standing or put weight on legs at 11 months

My daughter is 11 months old and has never put weight on her legs. I know they all go at their own pace and fully get that she isn’t ready to walk, but every time I encourage her gently to just make her more comfortable she just lifts her legs in the air and will not put them on the ground. We got her a jumparoo and...

Baby pooing

Anyone else’s 9 month old cries historically when pooing? She’s been like this since having solids and her poos are like adults. I have tried to cut out bananas etc but it’s not making any difference.

Really low sleep needs!

Hi Has anyone else got a really low sleep needs baby? My LG is 8 months and she's absolutely fine going 5-6 hours with no sleep, doesn't get grumpy, just will not nap for love nor money she's so nosy she just wants to watch everything and everyone! We've dropped to two naps a day and she's pretty good when she...

No Visitors Postpartum

I made the decision that I do not want visitors at the hospital or several days after I give birth. During this time, I want to prioritize my healing, bonding with baby, and adjusting to my new life with my baby’s father. I’m getting a lot of push back from my family. They say I’m being manipulative and trying to c...

Helppp

Hey mama's I've been having to take iron supplements, and well, that causes constipation, and I haven't found anything that actually works for any recommendations? I haven't pooped in almost 5 days 😩

How to overproduce

I know some people are just born blessed. With my first I dealt with bad PPD, so I definitely slacked my responsibilities with pumping on time. This ontop of not feeding myself the best made it so I only breastfed a little over two months. I’m due again in august this year and I am determined to be the breastfeeding...

12 weeks jabs

Little one had her 12 week jabs today and I've been nap trapped for over an hour, every time I try to put her down she cries 😅 Soaking up the cuddles, just wish it wasn't 24 degrees today as she's already like a hot water bottle on a normal day 😂

What stupid thing did you do that made you cry with mum-guilt?

I'll go first... I just accidentally turned the stroller upside down whilst out for a walk today with him in it while I was turning a corner and not paying attention. He's fine but I went straight home sobbing my heart out with the guilt.

Reaction to formula?

I’ve been EBF for 6 months, so far baby has refused a bottle but since weaning he’s been drinking out a cup well so I thought I’d try milk in a cup (as I need to get him used to something for nursery etc). I used readymade formula as we had some and because I tried pumping and was struggling with blocked ducts. I ju...

Majorly clingy

My little one is very clingy, he always has been but it’s on another level recently. We will go to classes or the park and he will still cling to me or will have to hold my hand wherever he goes. Is this happening with anyone else? Does it sound normal- I worry there is something more to it?

Wearing bra

Is anyone finding wearing a bra extremely uncomfortable? I’m 30 weeks + 4 and feel like my ribs get squashed to the point of it being painful. I’ve tried upsizing, using bra extenders, wearing maternity specific bras or looser bralets but nothing seems to work especially after a long day at work. I’m 34DD so can’t e...

Water

I’m just curious as to what others have been told. When I went for my 6 week check I mentioned to the dr that my daughter only poos every couple of days, which I know is very common. The dr agreed but suggested giving a little bit of water if seems constipated. I have another little girl and never did this with her ...
