Normal or not? My LO just started daycare this week and has already come home both days with leftover poo from not being wiped properly. Today the poo seemed to also be inside of his onesie, and my boy doesn't have blow outs.
Is it normal that daycare caregivers just don't wipe as well?
Should I tell them?
I am hearing that I should either 1) be straightforward and tell them or 2) I should not mention it for fear or retribution/neglect. What do you think?

My baby has been to 2 different daycares and I have not experienced this. They usually clean her pretty well. They were not putting enough diaper cream or not putting on any at all and I mentioned it to them in a calm, non- hostile manner and they were receptive.
My opinion is that you should mention it to whoever is the head teacher in a a non-hostile way. I think that they are used to getting feedback from parents.

I had my daughter in daycare and she actually ended up getting a yeast infection due to not wiping properly/making sure the area was dry. I spoke to the educator and explained how important it was to change her more often let the area dry, apply the diaper cream etc…
She was very understanding, I would just speak to them and let them know your concerns.
