Does anyone have their lo sleeping through the night? My first born was sleeping through the night at this point but my second is very strict to her 3-3.5 hour feeds/wakings with the night. Any suggestions?

Yeah I have a 3 month old and I EBF and since he refuses to use his cot he co-sleeps with me.. he has my boob for the whole night and he will latch on and off as many times as he needs/wants and doesn’t wake us or himself usually. The most I will do if I’m awoken is help him but most times he is good. No idea how to tackle this when bottle feeding though

My girl will SLEEP! The only times she doesn’t is if she hasn’t met her calorie goal for the day or is out of the diapers we use for night time. (Has been sleeping 6+ hours since 10 weeks, has moved up to about 9-10 hours at a time)
I suggest keeping a regular routine.
Nap time during the day is SO important.
Set their calorie goal and try to meet it before bed.
They don’t make overnight diapers for smaller babies (or at least what I have found) so try to use Coterie or something similar at night).
Keep them active and busy during the day (I know this isn’t always practical or in your control. But try to read, play/ exercise, stretch and visually stimulate them during the day)
Also I’m strictly against sound machines and lights at night. We tried them and it made her sleep much worse. Since we eliminated them she sleeps like a rock. The only sound we have at night is our air purifier and the regular sounds of a home.
Good luck, you are doing a fantastic job❤️

Nope. We co sleep, and my little guy still wakes about every 3-4 hours, especially lately with this horrid regression phase. All in all, his sleep is great though. We make sure he's getting full feeds, prioritize nap time & lots of floor play during the day. We use a white noise machine, which definitely helps drown out any excess house noise and helps to establishes a routine for him.

Yeah my son is almost 4 months and has been sleeping through the night since 7 weeks old I usually do the same night routine every night. Bath every night not always with soap tho and then I massage his night time cream, and then give him his bottle more than what I give him during the day turn on his sound machine make sure it’s pitch black and he usually wake up around 7 or 8.
