Does anyone else feel like their baby is asleep more than they’re awake. My son is 11 months old and he wakes up at 9:30am. I have a monitor and hes always sound asleep when i check. He then needs a nap at 12-12:30pm. He only naps once so its normally a 3 hour nap. He then wakes up at 3:30-4 depending on when he went down. And then Hes awake until bed time at 7. Is he sleeping to much for their to be a concern?
I cant ask my health visitor as i don’t like her so i asked her to not come.

I think it's still within normal levels of sleep, just the higher end.
There's a good article here, with a chart from the National Sleep Foundation (a US based organisation but would think it still applies well) which illustrates the ranges of sleep at each age.

No comment but boy am I jealous your son wakes up at 9.30! I just think there’s so much development changes happening at that age and some bubbas need more sleep then others!

My baby wakes up at 9 too, she sleeps through the night shes 10 months. I think its fine and then once shes up she plays has breakfast after about 3 hours shes ready for a nap again

It's certainly on the higher end of sleep levels for his age but unless he's hard to wake or not interested in doing things when awake you don't need to worry. If you wanted to have him awake a bit more you could gradually stretch his wake windows so wake him up at 9:15 then about a week later make it 9. The same with the evening so gradually push his bedtime back by 15 minutes or so. At 11 months they should be able to happily do 3.5/4 hours. My boy wakes at 8 first nap at 11 til 12:30 ish, 2nd nap at 3:30/4 til 5 then bedtime between 8:30 and 9, sometimes a bit later if his last nap overran. I do wake my boy from naps though otherwise he'd sleep all day and be awake all night.
