Any tips? Or do I have to wait it out? It helps only offering a piece at a time but still… I just want to have the food stay in one area🥴

My son is the worst about it. If he hates the food, it’s on the floor. When he’s done eating, it’s on the floor. And then sometimes, he just throws it on the floor just because ☹️ it drives me insane. I’m trying to ignore it but it’s a struggle.

Same here!

I have heard a tip to put a “do not want bowl” on the table so that they can just put it there instead of throwing it! I do have to say, my baby did this for like a month and then got mostly better!

I give my daughter a bowl to put the food she doesn’t want in and I showed her the sign for all done. And then I also have her help me pick up the food on the floor if she throws it

Right! With my first baby as they grow they stop throwing food. Meanwhile hang in there!! Check out the “Catchy” accessory for high chairs

I second this we say put it to the side if we don’t want it
Typically if he starts throwing his food it’s because he’s all done so we also say “it’s okay if we are all done but we don’t throw our food , we say all done” (and I do the all done baby sign which he knows how to do) and then I start clearing up his food

Lol I sat next to him n tell him if he doesn't want it leave it in the corner n do not throw it on the floor. And once he tried to push it down I grab his hand n I say no don't drop it, are you done n he tells me he is and I take it away. But children express them self by throwing food on the floor to let you know either if they don't like it or they are done. It's very annoying I know
