Does she literally not eat anything at all?
My little one was born December 2021 .. he's currently at a stage of refusing practically everything .. all he'll eat is certain crisps, certain biscuits, certain cereal but has to be dry, and chocolate mousse 🙈 sometimes a bit of toast if I'm lucky.. he'll also eat a chicken nugget happy meal from Maccies or a sausage roll from Greggs but that's it 🙈😅

See if you can find the yummy yucky book at your library. Act like Ms Rachel when you read it. No eating in the middle of the night - natural consequence to not eating dinner. Put a little bit of sprinkles on things like a peanut butter toast or apples/bananas with pb for some healthy fat and protein. Sprinkles on oatmeal/overnight oats, or yogurt before bed. If you’re not down for real sprinkles you could dye hemp seeds. Target also sells dark chocolate almond butter and I sometimes just give her a spoon of that or put it on pretzels. She won’t starve herself to death. My daughter will only eat fruit right now so I know your frustration. Don’t make it stressful. You’re doing your best 💗

Encourage her to try just one bite at feedings but don’t force her - if she says she’s done let her be done. Also try offering food away from the table - applesauce pouch while sitting in shopping cart, picnic outside, snacks on the floor in the play room.

Okay so this is maybe not what you wanna hear. And granted, I’m sure there’s a lot more behind your post than what you said. A kid won’t starve themselves to death, and it seems like the more performance pressure is put on kids, the more they resist. Try acting like you don’t care! I make my kids sit at the table for 5 minutes at lunch and dinner. If they eat, great. If they don’t, they’ll probably eat more the next meal. Or maybe they’re just not hungry. We cut off snacks 45 mins ish before meals and between meals I do not make food for them. Nothing that to a tiny toddler size tummy could count as a meal. They can snack, but that’s it. And we don’t eat after dinner, so if they’re hungry, that’s on them. My kids stopped complaining about it because they know the expectation & that they are in charge of what/how much they eat. I provide nutritious options, and they put it in their bodies - or not. I’ve stuck to my guns on that and it works for us!!
