How many meals a day do you feed your infant?
My son is almost 9 months old and I feed him breakfast and dinner and sometimes a snack. He doesn’t have breakfast till later in the morning since he nurses right when he wakes up and isn’t hungry for a while. He usually wakes up around 8 and nurses. Breakfast at 10 followed by another nursing session and a nap. Then he sometime has a snack during his second wake window. I’m the evening wake window he has dinner around 7 followed by a bath and nurses before bed. I’ve had some elderly family members telling me that I need to be feeding him 3 meals a day and two snacks at this age?? That seems excessive since most of his nutrition still comes from breastmilk at this age? Am I crazy or should I be feeding him more often?

I've had the same in regards to being told to up my little girl to three so I have slowly but not everyday for now just to see how she goes. I'm not sure though tbh if we are suppose to yet or not as I was led to believe that food was more fun until there one and milk is more important x
