I was a principals kid growing up. My son is going to the same school my dad was principal at, and my sister and I graduated from. I am having a hard time dealing with the current staff in the office. I can't tell if I just have unreasonable expectations due to being a principals daughter or if there is actually a problem. If you were in a similar upbringing, can you please let me know if this is a struggle for you? Picture just because.

I wasn't, but I am a teaching assistant and I struggle with how they do things. Do to well me knowing how things should and are ment to be done.

My Mom did it all - teacher, assistant principal, and principal. Things are definitely different from what I saw growing up, and it's been an adjustment.

@Samantha just knowing how things were previously done and them not doing things in a smooth way. Lack of communication. Things like that.

@Mandie how are you dealing with it? I have so much anxiety about it.

@Tia how are you dealing with it? I have so much anxiety about this.

I'm taking it day by day and making sure I document every cause one day it's one thing and then something totally different the next. It's so stressful 😫
