I am afraid to go out with her because the way she behaves is so embarrassing and gives me so much anxiety...she does not nap at day time, when other older then her still do...she is not interested in toy....she just run and jumps around the flat with constant screaming and shouting...if I tell her to stop and trying to be strict with her she will continue doing this deliberately...she also hitting me...I am so so stressed through the days and nights

So my toddler is almost 3 and since 1 she has been on the go from the moment she gets up until the moment she goes to bed.
I take her out because its easier than being inside. I take her to parks or outdoor areas without cars nearby so that she can run about and burn energy. She hasnt napped since before she turned 2 and most of her friends do.
I once heard that a loud household is a loved household so I wouldn't worry about trying to quiet her. Also the more you tell a toddler to be quiet the louder they get. I've learned to just accpet her loudness and embrass it.
In terms of hitting I don't tolerate it. Since 6 months old I have incorporated "hands are for hugging/playing/touching etc and hitting hurts and makes me sad. No hitting." I do that and then give 3 chances before using my punishment of the naughty corner for 2 mins. It took a while but she got it and rarely hits now.
It could be that shes going stir crazy in the flat and also feeding off knowing you are stressed.

I would start small in something that is close to home and also familiar that you know. Give the boundaries to her and tell her that she can't do x y and z before hand. If you use baby reigns give her the rules to when they are on etc. If she breaks them after warnings head home. But if possible take her out and get her looking for things like spiders and bees, flowers etc. I find doing stuff like that really good for burning energy and to stop her from going crazy in the flat. On rainy days I get out things like playdoh and paints to keep her occupied and busy.

She may have adhd. My 3yo is also super hyper so I take her to National Trusts and the park all the time where she can just go wild and run run run. I let her be. Her brain is seeking dopamine. She can't control it and neither can you and if she is starting to hit you it is out of frustration. I definitely can't keep my toddler inside all the time. If I don't take her out every day she goes nuts because she is so hyperactive. You'll do yourself and her a favour to take her out and just play and run. Large open spaces, playgrounds etc. Just let her be. And have a strict bedtime routine. Before bed, we bath, read books and have a massage with hands and with balls. Sometimes a pilow fight too. The touch and compressing will help regulate her before bedtime.
Read up about adhd and how best to manage because at the moment, you are telling her to stop, sit, calm down etc and she physically can't. So she lashes out.

I have a 4 month old so I do get it. I started getting out with them both when baby was 3.5 weeks old as I find it harder to he in the flat all day with them. Definitely recommend baby reigns if she is a runner. You then have more control. Most of my friends toddlers are runners, thankfully mine stays near by most of the time.
It is hard though and I get you. My daughter just wants to play with me all the time and sometimes I am just mentally and physically drained. And now that baby isnt a potato and wants to try to move and or sit I need to be with him a lot too. Which is why we end up getting out. I also go to playgroups, rhyme time at the local library and have had toddler join athletics and football activities to help with her energy levels. X

I get that. Mine is exactly the same!
I now go to soft play centres or a pub that is enclosed with a play area.
Bouncy castles etc. She NEEDS to get her energy out and I can't keep her occupied at home all day. I get it is so much more diffelicult if you have a baby too.
My daughter runs everywhere and seriously a game for her too. I leave her to it but make sure its a garden or somewhere she can't really get out. I've told her about stranger danger, and what to call out if someone takes her or where to ask for help if she is lost. For months, I had her in reigns.
She is HARD WORK but even harder if I don't take her out.
She stopped napping at nursery from age 2. But she is home with me Thursday to Sunday and when home, she will always nap. So Mon to weds when she comes back from school and had no nap, she is impossible. Totally dysregulated and can take up to 10pm at night to get her to sleep. But she refuses ro sleep at nursery. She is now 3.5yo and will still nap 1 to 2 hours on days she is home
