I am at my wits end right now and feeling so alone in the thick of all the bs. I feel like a bad mom and a mean ragey bit** and im sick of it.

My oldest got a stomach bug which has cause him to have the runs and is giving him the worst bum rash we've yet to face. I got tons of advice from the doctor and plan to stay implementing all the information ASAP but the blood curling scream crying is really getting to me. I also have an almost 3 month old who will not take a nap and keeps fighting it. We are in the phase of wanting but not wanting the binky and I wish she would just hold onto it for the sake of all of us. Because of this she also keeps crying which then causes my empathetic older one to cry even harder. I feel like im shattering into peices and barely holding on. I know it will pass but right now its just incredibly lonely, loud and never ending.

I was just crying due to my own problems but read your message and you are going through things too, so sorry. I remember a doctor told me it's ok to just cry it out.

I know the loudness can get to be too much, so if you have noise cancelling earbuds or Loop, use them.
You're not ignoring your babies, you're just trying to keep sane.
Also, when my baby had a bad rash and she was crying when applying butt paste, we found spray-on diaper rash cream. Honestly, a lifesaver because she stopped screaming bloody murder and she was still protected.
Sorry you're going through this.

I agree with the first comment I was struggling with my own little one who is screaming his head off every single night no matter WHAT we do but I see where it can get so much worse. Just wanna reassure you that you are not a bad mom you’re only human and can only take so much. Take a breather if you must for 2-3 mins from the kids. They won’t die from screaming and crying. Regroup yourself and get back into it. You’re doing a great job btw! 🫶🏾

I have to hold my almost 3 month olds binky in his mouth and sway side to side and just say hush in long quiet rhythms in his left ear over and over to get him to nap right now. We also just got the Zen sleep sack and it seems to be helping him sleep but he still needs to hold our hands sometimes to fall asleep. We also use night time gripe water at night if he's really gassy and he sleeps well. Sometimes he also needs a "reset" as i call it and when he's screaming for what seems like no reason, we shake his rattle in front of him and it makes him focus on all the colors and he takes a deep breath and is back to my happy boy. Other times he just wants to talk and play. How old is your oldest? If you have a peri bottle maybe you can spray and rinse his butt instead of wiping?

I also cried tonight, it’s been a rough couple of weeks and felt at my wits end too. You aren’t a bad mum and your aren’t alone ❤️

Struggling with gender..

We found our baby is a baby girl this weekend.. I have been convinced she was a girl the entire pregnancy so it wasn’t a shock at all but just hearing it officially… of course I love her and I’m not evil, it’s just a lot to adjust and I am feeling really stressed and a bit sad really. I feel guilty that I’m not as excited as I should be and currently don’t want people to know because I’m not ready to be super happy about it yet.

I have always pictured my life with a son one day and, for very personal reasons and life experiences, I feel a lot of stress when thinking about protecting and raising a baby girl in this world which I’m sure people can relate…

I am worried about protecting her, I am worried about not feeling the same bond from her as a son, amongst a multitude of other things. I am not feeling excited to buy frilly dresses or go to dance classes and I know it will all settle and logically I won’t imagine life without her and I do love her, it’s just overwhelming me..

Any advice… 🌸

Footlong Penis🍆😮

Adding to all this penis talk lol
Don’t ask me how this came up but my husband was sharing his crazy patient surgery stories and randomly tells me about “the biggest penis he’s ever seen”. Reasonably I burst out laughing because those are words I never expected him to ever say 😅.
Anyways he goes on to tell me how before the surgery he meets with this patient, who goes on to tell him about STI’s and STD’s gotten due to his extensive sexual history.
My husband says when he was on the table it all clicked and he understood why this guy had so many girlfriends 😂🤣 he compared it to a footlong and is very clinical in general so I truly believe him.
All this to say I’m flabbergasted a penis that big even exists and I now need to know if anyone has had large penis run-ins with past partners?!

its like electric shocks going through my body!!
I've gone down twice to try to feed her to sleep but she keeps waking up 😭

Anyone else’s baby still feeding every 2 hours?

My girl is 10 weeks today and still wants feeding mostly every 2 hours, sometimes every 90 minutes. At night she typically goes 5-6 hours. She is having 4oz feeds and formula fed. I had it in my head she should be going 3-4 hours or even starting to show some kind of pattern by now. I feel like feeding 4oz every 2 hours means she’s being over fed. Is anyone going through similar?

Feeling fed up

So my oldest is 2 and a bit and we are thinking of getting him a speech therapist because he is still hardly taking and me and his dad are doing the best we can we take 30 minutes when he wakes up before lunch and before bed to talk to him try get him to repeat but nothing and when I talk to my helf vister about it and him possibly being autistic or on the spectrum I get he’s just a boy or he’s only 2 but we have had our suspicions for a good bit know and the older he gets the more it ponts to it I just feel like am not getting listened to and I want to help my son the best way I can and I just feel like am failing him by not knowing what to do

I hate being a mum sometimes.

Is this a normal feeling? I have 2 girls, one 13months and one 26 months so very close in age, I feel like since I've been back at work (I only work 2 days a week anyway) but she's CONSTANTLY attached to me, my leg, climbing on me, headbutting me and I find it SO overwhelming all the time, my toddler just cries all the time, at anything and I find myself feeling very anxious and overstimulated all the time to the point where I just don't think I'm enjoying it most days. Don't get me wrong, there's some lovely parts, but I just feel awful.
