Feeling so alone

I’m 7 months pregnant today. My child’s father and I just can’t seem to work. I’m feeling so guilty for bringing a child into a broken home, and feeling so alone. I know it sounds dumb but I’m missing intimacy which I haven’t had in so long. I also can’t get over the fact that I’ll have to share custody with him, I can’t imagine handing my baby over to him and not being able to keep him with me.
I have never felt so dumb, so alone, and just shameful.

Hi lovely! I’m so sorry you are feeling this way ☹️ I know it must be so daunting to prepare to raise your baby without their dad under the same roof. Your beautiful bundle of joy will be here in a couple of months and I’m sure all of the worries will melt away! I know I won’t be much help as I live in England, but feel free to message me and I’d be happy to chat to you 🫶🏻❤️

Im so sorry sending you strength & hugs it is difficult. One thing you will learn as a mom is how strong we are and we can get through anything despite how hard it is. Try to focus on people who are supportive towards you.

I went through a similar thing. Message me if you want to chat!

Don't feel bad! If you're not working, you're already doing your best for your baby. To raise a happy baby with someone, you both need to connect physically and emotionally, and understand each other's expectations (like daily help around the house or caring for the baby. That way everyone's taken care of). I stayed with my baby's dad because I got pregnant, and it just gets more and more toxic, and even harder to separate because of the fear of sharing custody. It's better to make a plan before the baby gets here and focus on what's best for you and your baby. You're strong, you've got this! If you ever have any doubts, feel free to reach out to me anytime. ♡♡♡

Is this patronising??

I left thank you teacher gifts to the last day today, as I’ve had a nightmare 2 weeks with zero spare time, so just had to find some bits in local Morrisons.

I got - mini puzzle books, face masks, cute mini bottles of wine, chocolate bars, bag of pop chips, sweets and a candle x 3 (for 3 teachers)

Couldn’t find a thank you card though and didn’t want to/don’t have time to drive around other shops to find one. All I could get was a card with stars 🌟 on that says “well done you!”

Is a “well done you” card patronising??

Was going to write something along the lines of…

Well done to all of you for all your hard work this fantastic school year! I’m sure you’re more than ready for a relaxing break now, hopefully these gifts will help with that!

Thank you for everything. Have a great summer.

Kinda embarrassing writing this lol but here’s goes nothing

How can I be more sexy for my man? We got into an argument kinda the other day and I asked a separate question and he brought up me not knowing how to be sexy. I feel the complete opposite of that bc when I would try to initiate sex or foreplay he is kinda turned off when I do it (idk, maybe that’s just me but the way he moves my hand when I try)

Just throw out some stuff that can spice up a relationship because I honestly cannot continue in a relationship where when I try to initiate sex “he’s not comfortable” his words. Which is weird. I mean since the conversation I am kinda turned off in wanting to have sex and I’m not scared but embarrassed to even try anything, and then he doesn’t like it or I look stupid. I guess you can say my confidence went down a lil but whatever.

**there was so much more to the conversation but if I keep going it’s gonna be so long**

Stay at home mom thoughts

I think the scariest thing about being a stay at home mom with no support system, no family or friends is if you guys break up you have no money, no house and no where to go so then you just become homeless.
Something that has been weighing on me heavily since me and my partner are not doing good for quite some time now.
