Terrible twos!

No honestly I kept thinking is temporary it’s just a phase and it’ll get better and it actually did. You’re doing nothing wrong at all and I believe we’re living the same 😂

Something I’ve found very helpful is giving options. “Are you going to climb in the buggy yourself or is mummy going to put you in?” And it’s been amazing for getting him to do things he would previously have a tantrum about. Most of the time he chooses the do it yourself option but if he refuses to choose then it’s the mummy option and I’ll just put him into the buggy having a tantrum (I’ve not had to do this much!). “Are we putting your shoes or sandals on?” I also don’t ask him to do something 10 times. If he doesn’t do something the first time I’ll come over to him and make sure he does it! Obviously he still has tantrums and it’s a completely normal developmental process but these are just things I’ve found helpful ☺️

Yea its tiring and frustrating at times😭. Sometimes I miss the baby stage feel like she was easier back then. But I love how funny toddlers are and seeing them talk and run and climb. Its ups and downs. Def some days I feel like pulling my hair out with the clinginess and tantrums. The picky eating too is hard at this age
