Partner wants rid of me and his child

So me and my partner of 2 years, ( fiancé for almost 1) have an 11 month soon to be 12 month old. He’s been going through really bad depression as of lately, and now out of the blue he’s told me he wants nothing to do with me or our child, that we bring him down and he is leaving and never coming back. He originally asked me and our kid to leave ( bear in mind I moved away from my family to be with him so I have nobody of my own around here) but then he said he will. Can I make him may child support, what if he refuses? I don’t know what to do, I’m a stay at home mum, I can’t continue living with my ex mum in law but I can’t afford to go anywhere else?????🥺

I can’t say much for the living situation but I know where I live you can file for child support for 50ish dollars.

Since you aren’t together yes, I actually think even if you were still married you could file for child support. The important thing is you don’t let him sign over his rights. Once he does that there’s nothing you can do.

Also if you can try to move back home. You may have to sell a lot to make moving less but at least you would be back with your family.

Maybe you can contact your family whom you moved away from and ask for support. You could also look into a women’s shelter if it came down to it. As for child payments; he is completely obligated to provide you with the necessary financial assistance being the father of your child. Any court system would rule that. Hang in there.

Child support will be based on income. So if he has no income, you will not get anything from him. If he has low income, you will get very little. Not sure what the situation with your family is, but that would be my first call.

We went last year for my daughters bday and my ex said it’s not our sons birthday bday so he’s not getting one plus we didn’t have the money to get him one too but I still felt bad, this year we figured build a bear was a good place to meet but I’m wondering if my son shows interest do I get him one too? I feel bad

I’m not sure if I’m wrong for this or not.

My son’s dad constantly wants to have sec. Even when I don’t want to. It’s like some thing he expects of me. And to be honest we don’t really talk or hang out much. But like he’s always trying to have sec with me, sharking around me and all that. It makes me uncomfortable because I don’t have a high sex drive. And to be truthful I never get horny. I get turned on but I don’t have no desire to make out with him and be all sexual like people do.
I don’t really understand because I like sec but there’s no way to get horny. I’ve always felt like something has been wrong me with regarding sexual desires.

I do get off tho. It’s weird and once I got off 7 times 😮

No bestfriend

I’m so sad my baby’s bday party is Saturday and it makes me sad to think I have no friends to invite or even a bestfriend in my life I could have over or just help plan with.

So we had our baby in November and bc I had gain so much weight my husband said wait till I lose weight to start birth control but since then i feel his purposely trying to get me pregnant and I just don’t want to argue so I went to my doctor and had them prescribe me birth control pills without telling him

Postpartum vitamins

Hiya all
Just wondering if anyone takes any postpartum vitamins and if so which ones.
I haven’t taken anything as i’ve been taking my placenta encapsulated tablets but thinking I probably should take some other vitamins but not sure what to take - i’m 10 weeks postpartum now.
