Postpartum vitamins

Hiya all
Just wondering if anyone takes any postpartum vitamins and if so which ones.
I haven’t taken anything as i’ve been taking my placenta encapsulated tablets but thinking I probably should take some other vitamins but not sure what to take - i’m 10 weeks postpartum now.

If u take ur kids to build a bear for your 3 yr olds birthday are you getting your other kid an stuffed animal too?

We went last year for my daughters bday and my ex said it’s not our sons birthday bday so he’s not getting one plus we didn’t have the money to get him one too but I still felt bad, this year we figured build a bear was a good place to meet but I’m wondering if my son shows interest do I get him one too? He’s 4 non verbal for context.

I feel bad

I’m not sure if I’m wrong for this or not.

My son’s dad constantly wants to have sec. Even when I don’t want to. It’s like some thing he expects of me. And to be honest we don’t really talk or hang out much. But like he’s always trying to have sec with me, sharking around me and all that. It makes me uncomfortable because I don’t have a high sex drive. And to be truthful I never get horny. I get turned on but I don’t have no desire to make out with him and be all sexual like people do.
I don’t really understand because I like sec but there’s no way to get horny. I’ve always felt like something has been wrong me with regarding sexual desires.

I do get off tho. It’s weird and once I got off 7 times 😮

Is there anyway to fix this?

Intimacy

Has anyone else not been intimate with their partner since finding out they were pregnant ? I don’t think my boyfriend likes me anymore it’s been 4 months and I try to initiate but his excuse is always he’s tired then we argue and he says it’s because we’ve argued.

I’m losing it here this is the longest time I’ve ever gone without being intimate and I don’t know what to do or think now.

Making decisions behind my husband

So we had our baby in November and bc I had gain so much weight my husband said wait till I lose weight to start birth control but since then i feel his purposely trying to get me pregnant and I just don’t want to argue so I went to my doctor and had them prescribe me birth control pills without telling him
