Last nap 5:30/6. Then we chat, read Books & sensory play for half hour till 7pm. Bath time, massage and PJs. Bottle at 7.30pm with white noise in dark room. He sleeps till around 4-6am then feed and back down till 8. Hope this helps! X

Our little girl is 19 weeks and has 4 naps per day. She wakes anytime from around 6 - 8 and goes to sleep between 7 and 8.
Her wake windows are around 1.5 hours and she naps anywhere fro. 20 mins to 1 hour for each nap, but her last nap is always capped at 20 mins.
Her last wake window is pretty chill. We play a bit. Her actual bedtime routine is in the bedroom, white noise on, change her nappy and get her into sleep suit and sleep sack, bottle and sleep. Sometimes bottle.is first, depends on when her next feed is due.

My little ones goes down between 6-8 as I always put her to bed after 6 if she is tired and she normally sleeps till about 8 the next morning . It’s normally bath bottle bed . And she had learnt to self soothe her self to bed we have sensory lights on the ceiling as she goes to sleep then they come off when she is asleep

Last nap is before 4 most days if we can avoid it! Bedtime was 8ish after a bottle 🩵 same thing every night! Bath, bum, bottle and bedtime! I’d try and settle him in the bed rather than pick him up where avoidable x
So guys the day ive dreaded for a long time happened today. It was exactly the same as every other morning except this one day my little one somehow managed to move across the whole bed and tumbled off it. The standard pillow fort waa there but somehow he missed it. I truly don't have a clue how but now im petrified of closing my eyes in the morning. Please confirm that this happens all of the time and that I'm not a bad mum.

Is it possible to lose weight while breastfeeding? Has anyone done so successfully ? Any tips? I’m tired of having no clothes that fit me well

My baby is 3 weeks old and the last two nights has slept for 5 and a half hours without waking for a feed. I’m waking him up to feed him at this point as I’m panicking he’s gone too long without a feed. Is anyone else’s baby sleeping for this long at a time? Is it normal?
