Hey, Has anyone had stitches and had a bath? I’m three weeks post partum and been told two different things by midwives. One said it’s okay to bath as long as it’s just warm water and for 10 mins or so but another said not to bath at all! I’m dying for a dip or a little soak 😅

Can constipation be a symptom of reflux? My baby is 4 months and is breast fed. Recently she has been pooping more. She often poops while feeding several times a day. She used to do this as a new born but it had gone down to 1-2 times a day with the occasional day of none. Now she goes at least 3 times most days. Anyone else found this?
