Sleep regression

Is anyone else’s little one sleeping awful since hitting 18 months? The last 9 days we’ve had 5 split nights involving being awake for 2+ hours a night 😩😩

Struggling with sleep 😭

My LO goes to bed around 7:30-8pm which is a 3.5-4hrs wake window. He usually sleeps for around a couple hours then wakes up but doesn't settle, it could take over 2 hours. I BF him, give him formula, rock him, try to cosleep, put him in the cot and tap his bum. All he does is just throw himself back and pull my hai...

Baby yelling in sleep

Morning Do any of you have this? It’s more like a whine really. I think mine could be due to the linking of sleep cycles? I watched the monitor. She fidgets / grabs one of the XXX dummies in her cot and then goes back off …. But I then can’t get back to sleep!

Low sleep needs

Those with low sleep needs toddlers, how do you manage?! I think I’ve worked out that her overnight sleep is better (still waking a lot, but less than before) when she does 10-10.5 hours overnight with a 30-45 min nap. I have to wake her up for all of these and it’s so hard when I know I could just have an extra hal...

How do I get my 8 week old to sleep longer stretches during the night? 🙏🏼

He’s currently up every 3 hours for a bottle (formula fed) he does go back down quite well after but every 3 hours is hard and tiring. He has a routine at bed time- bath, story, bottle, bed. But still up 3 hours later for a bottle. Helppppp

Sleep between 3am and 7am

Does anyone else’s little one just sleep differently between those early hours, he just will not settle and is so noisy that even if I think he might actually be asleep I can’t sleep because of the noise. He’s not like it when he sleeps at any other time! If means I never get back to sleep after his feed at 3ish

Teething or sleep Regression?

So my LB is 14 weeks old today and last night we had one of the worse nights we’ve had in a while. We put him to bed at 6:30 and he usually sleeps till around 3:30/4:30am. Of course we do get wake ups between but not always. So last night he fell asleep at 6:30, woke at 7:50 and fell asleep again quite quickly. He...

Feeding a bottle last thing at bedtime..

We still feed our son a bottle right before popping into bed, does anyone else still do this? Worried about his teeth as we clean them before the milk. Really feel like I’m doing everything wrong at the minute as his sleep has gone really backwards. 😢

Baby sleep

Anyone else struggle to sleep with all the baby sounds? Along with husband snoring! I've been trying to sleep with them both and even wear ear plugs as I know my husband is there to hear the baby (of course he sleeps soundly next to him) but I still can't sleep with all the noise. Past few nights I've had to sleep o...

Toddler up at 4.30am - advice please 😅

Our daughter is coming up 17 months and is a really good sleeper however, the last couple of weeks she’s been getting up at 4.30am / 5am 😅. She now only has 1 nap during the day and goes to bed at 7pm (ish). Any advice on how we can avoid getting up so early? 😅 we tried putting her to bed at a later time but she…

Split Nights

Looking for some advice with split nights Our 5 month old keeps waking at 5am for anything up to an hour. Not crying, just sitting in her crib. I pop her dummy in and she'll start drifting back off but then wake back up again, I usually have to do this every 20 mins or so then eventually she'll drop off until aroun...

bedtime crying spells

My son (10 months old) has been waking up every night for the past week uncontrollably crying, he’s unsoothable, and i can’t quite figure out if he’s actually awake or not. He does not want a bottle, or his binkie. I’ve changed his diapers, I’ve stripped his clothes to see if something was bothering him. Nothing. I ...

14 week old taking long nap late in the day.

Our little one gets extremely tired late afternoon and wants to take a really long nap about 5pm. I try to cap this to 2 hours and I would like after this nap for him to have a wake window to build sleep pressure back up and to have his big feed before bed. However upon waking him all we get is uncontrollable scre...

Wakening so early!

My 8.5 month old has started wakening anywhere between 3.30am-5am. He used to sleep to 6ish but started getting earlier and earlier a few months ago. Any advice on how to get him to sleep longer? We've done earlier and later bedtimes, reduced day time naps, he's eating plenty through out the day. I've just started b...
