I need some tips to stop breastfeeding. My little one would rather have boob than food and she still wakes up to have some at night. It’s very draining and I need her to be more free of me so I can start getting ready to work again.

So I'm 36+5 days and I wanted to start pumping but I hear its not good for everyone.. but I just wanted to attempt and wondering if anyone else has tried to do the same and what happened afterwards.
