Nursing Strike

My three month old has been combo fed (breastfeeding and bottle feeding with pumped milk) since she was two weeks old. All of a sudden she’s either refusing the breast altogether or nursing for a minute and then unlatching and refusing to latch again. Any ideas on what to do?

6 month old - MAM teats?

6 month old isn’t drinking more than 2 ounces without messing with the teat. He’s currently on the 4+ month teats (fast flow) I seen there is a 6 month plus teat but it says “ideal for thicker liquids” Should I be sizing up?

6 weeks and still not breastfeeding effectively / shallow latch

Please tell me I’m not alone in this. Googling is driving me nuts. My little boy is 6 and a half weeks. He had a tough start with jaundice and slow feeding but we’ve been working with infant feeding team and trying to improve his latch. He doesn’t have tongue tie, he opens wide (sometimes) but doesn’t seem to be a...

12 weeks & feeding less

Over the last week my little boy has stopped drinking as much milk as he used to. He was having 5oz every 2-3 hours but now he’s only having 3 oz, something 4 at a push and I can’t get. him to drink anymore! Is it normal for them to have off weeks??

Wiggling while falling asleep

My son is 3mo old and he squirms and jerks around so much when he is starting to fall asleep, seems like his arms and hands are on autopilot moving around constantly which makes it hard for him to fall asleep. Not swaddled due to rolling over so arms are out. Any other moms dealing with this or have any recommendat...

Changing Nipple Flow

Hi all! Question for you - when did you all change from flow 1 to flow 2 nipples for baby? My 3 m/o is taking 2.5 oz and waking up every 1-2 hours because she falls asleep drinking that bottle, regardless of a diaper change. If I do more than 2.5 oz she will fall asleep before finishing the bottle and it will go to ...

Baby bumping head

Help 😩😩 Our little boy used to have amazing sleep, touch wood but he was always pretty consistent. However since he has started crawling he now moves a lot in his sleep. What has started to happen is that he somehow manages to wiggle to the top of the cot and bangs his head which wakes him up. Is there any…

Sleep troubles

Has anyone around the 10-12 week mark found that sleep has suddenly become very challenging? We had started to get into a good routine 8-11 weeks with good 4/5 hr stints in the next to me, quick night feeds and LO settled really easily either with patting/hand on chest or even occasional soothed herself. We have no...

Changing (diaper and clothes) is so hard now!

It’s become so hard for me to change my baby’s diaper or clothes without some sort of wrestle. I will keep toys he really likes near the changing table to try to distract him, but that’s not as interesting as moving around. I end up changing him in the crib because it feels safer but so difficult. Anyone struggling ...

Sleeping on the floor??

Anyone else experiencing thi...

When did your vaginal stitches dissolve?

I'm 2 weeks postpartum and I had 2 tiny tears on my labia and had to get stitches. I can't tell if they are dissolved yet. I'm scared to look down there just as much as wiping properly. I'm still dabbing dry down there lol. Hubby offered to look for me but I'm still kind of bleeding and don't want him to see the blood.

What do you think?

My husband and I were talking about how personality matters more than looks, and i was curious so I asked him what his favorite thing about my personality was. He said that I'm horny. And I was confused bc I have not really been horny for a while bc of hormones after giving birth. I also don't really consider that a...

12 month sleep regression?

Hey, FTM here. Sorry for the stupid questions but I could do with some help... My 12 month old has always been an awesome sleeper. But for the past 1 to 2 weeks their sleep has become horrific. 4:30am wake ups - help!

My LO just turned 9 months but was born at 36 weeks so is 8 months corrected. He has been waking up earlier and earlier in the last 2 weeks. We are now at 4:30am and he refuses to go back to sleep no matter what I do to try and help him! He’s generally on 2 naps a day but we’ve had to move back to 3 naps lately beca...

How do you know when the last pump is?

I'm weening off pumping (9 months in) and I'm nervous about when the "last pump is". One boob is pretty much done but the other still gets 30ml within 5 mins. I'm just wondering, when do I just stop altogether. I'm really afraid of mastitis and equally so ready to retire the pumps. I've gone from every 3/4 hours for...
