Myself and my partner haven’t really been intimate (sex specifically) my entire pregnancy, naturally I’m feeling insecure about myself and worried. He worries a lot about the baby (I have worried a lot less) and he’s also said he doesn’t think he could be intimate with a baby in the room.
Safe sleep guidance is for baby to sleep in the same room as you for six months, so does that mean no intimacy for six months?
I feel like the lack of intimacy is affecting my self confidence.
Of course baby safety is more important than intimacy - I just wonder how everyone else does it?!

We concieved our LO via IVF and we were advised to abstain during treatment. Then my husband would not be intimate whilst pregnant, then our LO was in the same room as us, then I was living with my parents for months as our LO stopped being able to sleep in the same room and we were in a one bedroom flat, now we have moved back in together to a house, baby is 14 months with his own room. We havent had sex in over 2 years 😳

You can have sex, outside the room as long as you have the monitor on and attend if needed.
It's sleeping in a different room overnight not you can't leave them alone in the room at all at any point. X

My GP want me to go on anti depressants for PPD but I’ve heard so many people say they make them feel worse/feel like zombies and I’m scared to even take them bc I’ve never heard anyone say their anti depressants even worked for them
Have they worked for any of you?

A lady said that when she’s very angry or trying to protect her children, she can beat any man
Okay, when you are fighting for your life, do you think you can physically fight your partner?
No weapons
Just using your hands and legs

I have made 2 mum friends since I had my little girl in May.
I live in one village and they both live in the next village over, literally a 5 minute drive away. I met one first and then we met the 3rd mum a few weeks after and we all became friends really quickly. Turns out they live only a few streets away from each other.
Obviously with them living so close to each other they meet up frequently for walks round the village and I'm starting to feel a bit left out.
I still see them every Friday for baby playgroup, so I'm still included, and I don't want to seem clingy but I would like to be invited to the walks sometimes.. I don't mind driving round and meeting them. But I understand its probably just something they do last minute. Idk, it seems like they're going out for walks most evenings and I feel dumb for feeling left out 🥲😪
