Pains

Currently 36 weeks+5 with my first. Was still working today but have had to come home due to really sore back pains (paracetamol not touching it) but now have cramping higher up at the front! Think I'll phone triage again but just wondering if anyone else experienced this and if I should be concerned or not! Back pain seems to be getting worse/duller!

What to pack for postpartum & the hospital?

Hey girls, new mum to be here 😅! Idk what else to pack for hospital or what else i’d need for hospital? I’m trying to be minimalistic and just bring what I actually need! I don’t live far from the hospital.
If anyone has done this before please let me know what you think and fill me in with your must have products 🩷🤗

Anyone experienced pain during sex?

My husbands lovely and gives a lot in foreplay but as soon as it comes to penetration there’s really sharp pain around the entrance and it couldn’t go more than 1cm before we had to give up. Despite the super sharp pain, no blood or weird discharge or odor or anything so haven’t been advised to go to the doctor. Has anyone experienced and solved this?
